FENGYE LOGISTICS INC. ("FENGYE LOGISTICS", "we", "our", or "us") operates the website www.fywarehouse.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us directly: name, company, email, phone, and any details you write into our contact form or send to [email protected]. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to follow up about our warehousing and customs services.
Automatically collected technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is collected by our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) and our server logs.

2. How we use the information

To respond to inquiries and provide warehousing, customs, and logistics services.
To improve the website and our content (which pages perform, where users come from).
To send service updates and, where you have opted in, news from our team.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Canada (CBSA, CRA) and Quebec.

3. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following third-party processors. Each has its own privacy practices:

Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the GA opt-out add-on.
Google AdSense — third-party advertising. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on prior visits to this site or other sites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or via aboutads.info (US) and youronlinechoices.eu (EU). 4. Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We and our service providers use the following categories:

Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (session, security). These are always on.
Analytics — Google Analytics. Loaded only after you accept cookie consent on our banner.
Advertising — Google AdSense (including the DART cookie). Used to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Note that disabling all cookies will affect site functionality.

5. Legal basis for processing

FENGYE LOGISTICS is based in Canada. Some of our service providers are located in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred outside Canada, we rely on the legal mechanisms each provider has in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification).

7. Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and email correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 7 years to satisfy Canadian tax and customs recordkeeping rules). Analytics data is kept for 14 months by default in Google Analytics 4.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
correct inaccurate data;
request deletion (subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations);
object to or withdraw consent for processing based on consent;
data portability where applicable;
file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

9. Children

This is a B2B logistics website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows when the most recent change took effect. Material changes will be announced on the website.
